playgroup for toddler

looking for a playgroup for my daughter (16mths) and myself to attend
my husband & i work & live in dongguan but have not had any luck with finding any playgroups near where we live
so now looking further afield
if anyone can give us some ideas, it would be most appreciated!

Maybe you should start your own. Tell your consulate and others...tell any expats you meet...and soon you'll have one going!
