Rhythmico Villa
Posted by gaijinchic (149 days ago)
Hi there, we are moving to GZ in a few weeks. Our company has organised an apartment in Rhythmico Villa. Can anyone tell me what to expect? Are there many expats there? What other facilities are there? Good coffee shop near by? etc..

It is a good place for living. But doesn`t have much facilities becasue it is not a large residential complex. I think there are more shops at Summer Palace, It is just beside the Rhymico villa.

We have lived in Rhythmico for 2 years no complaints in fact 3 couples I work with all moving in next week as they really like it here. So you will find plenty expats, and the facilities are good, nice restaurant, indoor/ outdoor pools, tennis, basketball ,badminton and gym. It is about 25mins to downtown. Look forward to meeting you when you arrive.

Thanks for the info. It sounds like it will be a good place to stay. Does anyone know of a website with photos?
Also we will be arriving over a weekend, will I be able to connect to the internet from our apartment or will I need to get hooked up with a internet provider first? Same goes for phone and tv?

Re internet and phone it all depends on what your company have pre-arranged. Internet is normally part of lease agreement and phone. As for Tv unless they have arranged Sat. for you then you are limited to chinese channels and two English speaking channels from HK. If you want more info. please feel free to email me. When are you arriving?
