pls recommend a good location

dear everyone members here,

Can anybody recommend me where is the best location for fast food restaurant ? What i mean here is to open one in guangzhou

Pls do let me know what is the rental monthly or annually.
IS it hard to get the license and the process of running a restaurant in GZ?
Will the health department come to disturb us because we know no one in china for backing?

i will appreciate any comment fr u all.

Near the Garden Hotel.
Make it a doughnut bakery like Tim Horton's or Krispie Kreme and you'll make money hand over fist.

thats true, the rental monthly will cost 15k to 30k RMB for about 100square meter to 200 square meters i think ,one of my friend open resturant there,she told me like that, not sure.
i am looking for some oportunity too.
