We didn't renew our rental agreement in Feb and told the landlord we would like to stay a couple of months more and continue paying the rent as usual.
He has now asked us to leave at the end of May giving us less than 2 months notice.
Does he have the right to do so, should he give us at least 2 months notice.
What recourse do we have?
