wanting to hire a driver

We need to commute to work next year, about 30 min from Ersha Dao out to Science Park. Wondering if anyone has hired a driver [who comes with a car or minivan] to provide transport to and from, maybe extend to additional transport for shopping. Does anyone else have this kind of arrangement? Curious what it might cost.

Perhaps you could find a taxi driver who would be willing to pick you up each day and take you to work this is what my husband does, he also takes me shopping to Metro etc. waits and takes me home again.
