Info on cars

Hi Ive recently moved to Guangzhou and am planning to buy a car. I was wondering about the running costs for petrol, maintenance and parking here for a car like the VW polo or the Honda City. Would appreciate any info before I buy.

Insurance prices can vary depending on coverage. You need to be careful because many policies, even though they say total coverage, only pay a fraction of repair costs. Parking can be about 500 RMB per month at home and more at your place of employment.
