Where to buy your Bar-B-Q

The information on this board seems to be outdated. Many of the places where Bar-B-Ques were formerly available no longer exist.

METRO and B & Q appear to be the only reliable places for an in store purchase. (I would love to stand corrected on this.)

Carrefour has four models of one brand but charcoal only.
B & Q has charcoal and gas
METRO has charcoal, gas and electric

Here is my take on both places:

Villalifestyles: Good company with some stylish quality brand name grills (expensive) but the problem with them is that they can't offer spare parts if anything breaks. Will take 3 months to get a simple part shipped in from the states to take care of the problem.

Barbecue King: I ended up ordering from these guys because they also have top quality stainless steel grills at about half the price because they are original manufacturer and have access to spare parts that can be shipped within a few days.

At the time mine was shipped to my home from SH within 4 days.

Contacted Ian and he was a real professional. I ordered the 800m model. Ian sent bank transfer info. I sent the bank deposit receipt as a scanned email attachment and Ian sent me photos of the BBG as it was packed for shipment.
I was instructed to open the box and check for any damage before signing off with the shipping company. Ian had insurred the shipment against damage. (A very smart move whenever using logistic companies in China.

This has been a veru good experience.

BTW: Trust Mart aklso has 3 models of one brand of charoal BBQ.

Your local dry market may also have various charcoal BBQs and I even found an electric model in the dry market.
