Paying guest, help me find persons or family to stay and learn Chinese

Hello, I am British (Indian) interested in learning Chinese language and culture. I am looking for Chinese family or perferly older persons, to stay as paying guest. I think that way it wil be easy to do both, learn about culture and language. Please help me, if you know anyone or you are interesed in keeping a paying guest or you are away from your parent, and you think this will help both parties, please contract me. I am very repectful and very caring person, and respet other people's space. Thans in advance, and will appreciate any kind of advice or help.
