Hey all
I am moving back to clifford estates panyu and wondering if anyone knows anyone that wants to rent out an apartment ? if i have to go through the sales department it will be very expensive again.

Do you mean you want to find an direct landlord so that you can save the agency fee?

Go to the apartment rental places outside Clifford. They are not as expensive. And get a Chinese person to go in and check prices, then you can see how much they want to rip you off.
