Good western Dr's & mental health medication

HELP! I am having a huge amount of trouble trying to get mental health (depression/anxiety) prescription in HK. I keep getting referrals to pyschiatrists and pyschotherapists. Does anyone know if HK doctors are trained in mental health and can prescribe medication? Or alternatively the contact details for a good western doctor? I just want my normal prescription without the confusion!!
