Cookery classes Posted by lillipop79 (124 days ago) I love cooking. I am a 100% foodie and just get so excited when I have time alone in the kitchen. I did a city and Guilds cookery course when I was doing A levels but have not furthered my skills since then. I am a Cordon Bleu Pastry Chef and to my knowledge, the best cooking programs run by the Cordon Bleu franchise, are in France and London. However the Sydney one comes pretty close. All the other LCB schools in Thailand, Mexico and others do not have a very good reputation. If you are interested in schools other than the Cordon Bleu, I can tell you that there are quite a few around the world which cost less and you can certainly learn more. (I am based in Guangzhou) |
